Human Resources

The Human Resources Department (HR) provides overall policy direction on
human resource issues and administrative support functions related to the
management of employees of the SISE Town Council. The mission of the
department is to be a strategic partner by providing Human Resources programs
that attract, develop, retain, and engage a skilled and diverse workforce. The
vision is to be recognized for Human Resource excellence and as a premier
employer.
? In addition to providing strategic central human resource functions, the Human
Resource Department is responsible for administering Compensation and
Benefits, Training and Development Programs, Employee Recognition Programs,
ensure compliance with labour and employment laws and manages Employee
Relations.
